How to Make a Stuffed Crust Pizza in 7 Easy Steps

Step 1: Place a pizza stone on the middle rack in the oven and preheat the oven to 425°F. If you do not own a pizza stone, you may purchase one here or use a pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Step 2: Roll out the chilled dough in a circle a little larger than the desired size of the pizza.

Step 3: Place string cheese on the crust about one inch from the outside edge.

Step 4: Fold the outside edge of the dough over the string cheese and pinch firmly to seal.

Step 5: Top the pizza with pizza sauce and add desired toppings.

Step 6: Use a pizza peel to place the pizza on the pizza stone inside the oven. Bake for 12-16 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Step 7: Remove the pizza from the pizza stone using a pizza peel. Cut the pizza into wedges and enjoy!
